■Customer support desk closure period:

*Closed business: Inquiries by LINE or email Shortened working hours: 10:00-18:00 (13th, 15th, 17th)

During the holiday period, LINE and email replies will be delayed. We will respond to your inquiries on the shortened working hours days listed above.

■ Overseas factory closure period:
February 10, 2024 (Saturday) - February 17, 2024 (Saturday)
*Closed operations: Product production, procurement, inspection, shipping, etc.
*Some partner factories will be closed until February 24th.

■ Closure period of affiliated logistics companies:
February 10, 2024 (Saturday) - February 17, 2024 (Saturday)
*Closed operations: Processing of overseas logistics procedures, processing of customs procedures at overseas customs clearance destinations

The above closure operations will be handled sequentially from Sunday, February 18, 2024.
*Even during the holidays, we can ship items that are in stock on February 14th, 15th, and 17th.
