■Cancellation Policy
For items that have not been shipped from our overseas or Tokyo warehouse at the time of contact, cancellations are accepted for free.
If the items have already been shipped from our overseas or Tokyo warehouse, we cannot cancel the order. In this case, we offer a return option within 2 days of arrival in an unopened condition.
※Please note that the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Also, a cancellation fee of 5% of the total order amount will apply.
■ "180-Day Quality Guarantee" Policy
During the warranty period, any malfunctions that occur due to normal usage will be eligible for free replacement of parts or products.
Warranty Period: 180 days from the date of purchase (the warranty period may vary depending on the product, but will be determined based on the duration indicated on the tag).
Covered Items: All products on our website.
Warranty Coverage: Free replacement of parts/products.
If you meet any problem, please start by contacting our customer support team. Once we've confirmed your order details and assessed the damage to the product, we will provide guidance on the appropriate solution for your situation.
【Important Notes】
The warranty covers only products that experience malfunctions within the warranty period due to normal usage.
Please aware the following cases are not covered by the warranty:
- Surface scratches, peeling, or discoloration of paint, coating, or veneer that do not affect functionality or performance.
- Wear and tear, scratches, stains, color fading, cushion deformation, and other signs of natural aging resulting from usage.
- Malfunctions caused by misuse, repairs, disassembly, modification, or adjustments.
- Issues arising from usage in outdoor or high humidity environments (such as kitchens), which affect the product's performance.
- Damage or malfunction resulting from movement, dropping, improper transportation, or any form of mishandling after receiving the product.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, earthquakes, water damage, lightning strikes, other natural disasters, pollution, or abnormal voltage.
- Malfunctions or damage resulting from commercial or business use.
- Clear discrepancies between reported issues on returned products and the nature of the replacement request.
- Products purchased from sources other than our store, such as auctions, recycling shops, and similar venues.
※Please note this warranty does not cover aspects related to "product texture, slight color variations, patterns, etc." or "accidents, damages, or losses resulting from product use, malfunction, or damage." In cases where our Product Technical Department determines that damage or malfunction is due to inappropriate use, it might be considered outside the scope of warranty coverage. Thank you for your understanding.
■Returns and Exchanges Policy
For all products, we offer returns and exchanges in cases of initial defects or receipt of incorrect items.
① In the case of initial defects, we may provide replacement parts or exchange the entire item depending on the extent of damage.
【Important Notes】
Please try to obtain photographic evidence of the damage or soiling at the time of delivery, indicating the date, such as photos showing visible damage to the box while receiving the product.
Kindly inspect the product's condition within 3 days of arrival. After this period, defects may not be considered initial defects. Minor scratches due to the extended logistics process of overseas shipping may occur. Depending on the severity, these might not qualify as initial defects and might not impact the product's functionality. However, if minor scratches are identified upon delivery, we will issue an exclusive coupon as an apology.
② If you receive a product that differs from your order, we will promptly arrange for the exchange of the same item. Additionally, if any parts are missing, we will arrange for their immediate shipment.
Examples of cases not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items used or received more than 3 days after delivery.
- Items with stains or damages incurred after delivery.
- Returns or exchanges due to customer preference
(e.g., differences in image perception, ordering mistakes, individual variations in texture, touch, color, size, etc.. )
③ Items returned without prior notification.
Furthermore, even for cases not mentioned above, if we determine that a return or exchange request is unreasonable, we may not be able to accept it. If you are uncertain about whether your item is eligible for return or exchange, please contact our customer support team and provide detailed reasons.
■Return and Exchange Procedure
①Step 1: Please complete the required information and submit it via email ( cs@lduvin.jp)
②Step 2: Within 3 business days, our team will review your request and respond with the possibility of return or exchange, along with the next steps. We will also provide return shipping information if needed.
③Step 3: If your return or exchange request is approved, please properly disassemble and package the item, and arrange for delivery to the designated return address.
④Step 4: Upon confirmation of the item's return to our warehouse, we will contact you to initiate the refund or exchange process.
【Important Notes】
- Please note that there may be a waiting period for the delivery of replacement items, similar to the initial delivery.
- For damages resulting from the purchase or use of products, we are unable to assume responsibility (including monetary compensation). Our warranty covers the product itself only; damages such as scratches or color transfer to storage items, floors, or structures cannot be covered.
- We cannot accommodate items returned without prior notification.
- We deal with imported goods from overseas. We rigorously inspect and import only items that meet the quality standards of their respective countries. Please be aware that the quality standards differ among countries.
- Due to the extended logistics process of overseas shipping, minor scratches may occur. Depending on the extent of damage, return or exchange decisions may vary. Minor scratches that do not significantly affect usability may not be recognized as initial defects. Thank you for your understanding.
- Determinations of initial defects are based on our company's criteria.
