■Delivery Period

After completing the purchase process, it will take approximately 2 to 14 business days for delivery.

The above delivery times are provided as estimates. While we strive to deliver within the provided timeframe, please note that delays may occur due to international shipping.

■Regarding Multiple Purchases

If you have purchased multiple items, they will be packaged and shipped in separate packages.

①For each order, multiple packages will be processed for shipping on the same date. However, due to adjustments in delivery schedules by the courier, the delivery dates may vary. While all packages are expected to be delivered within 3 business days from the initial delivery, if any of the packages do not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at cs@lduvin.jp.

②In rare cases, there might be instances of items missing in the logistics process. If possible, kindly take photos of the parts and contents of each package separately upon their arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.

③As our products are sourced from overseas, we conduct rigorous quality inspections. In some cases, where defects are identified in certain items and rework is needed, we may deliver other items from your order first.

■Additional Charges for Oversized Deliveries

There are rare instances where certain customs duties or fees may be billed directly to customers upon the arrival of oversized deliveries. Please be assured that this is not a charge you are required to bear. If you have already made the payment for such charges, we will refund the amount back to you from our end. In such cases, we kindly request you to attach the receipt for the payment made and contact us at cs@lduvin.jp. Once we verify the payment details, we will initiate the refund process.

Free shipping for all products.

※Additional shipping fees apply for customers in Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.
(The additional fee varies depending on the product size, value, and delivery location, ranging from ¥2,500 to ¥15,000.)

  • Currently, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery date and time requests.
  • The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has led to reduced flights, changes in production factory policies, and longer than usual delivery times. We are continuously working to improve and expedite deliveries by adding new shipping routes, but the number of transportation options to Japan remains limited.
  • On holidays and outside of business hours, we generally cannot respond to email or phone requests until the next business day. However, in order to deliver products to customers as soon as possible, our warehouses may be active (processing shipments) even during such times.
  • Changing the specified delivery date for products that have already been shipped is generally not possible. In such cases, there is a possibility of significant delays in the delivery date. 
  • Any additional costs incurred due to changes made at the customer's request will be borne by the customer. If any such situation arises, after receiving communication from the delivery company, our customer support team will contact the customer for confirmation before proceeding with any charges.
  • In cases of cancellations due to customer circumstances (e.g., prolonged absence or incorrect address), we may take measures to restrict payment methods. We kindly request customers to ensure that they are able to receive their ordered products within the specified period.
