If the product is found to be damaged or soiled in multiple places at the time of delivery, it will be considered an initial defective product. If more than 3 days have passed since the product arrived, it will not be recognized as an initial defective product, so we recommend that you check the contents when the product arrives.

Delivery will take approximately 7 to 15 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

In some cases, the automatic email may not have been delivered due to an incorrect address registered by the customer, reception rejection settings, automatic sorting settings, etc. Please confirm the above and confirm that the email address you entered is correct.
